What data we collect

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address and the content of your message.

For the technical operation of the site, the hosting provider records browsing data (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page visited) in server logs.

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are served directly from our own domain.

Why, and on what legal basis

Replying to the messages you send us: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in handling the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Security and operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Who processes data on our behalf

Vercel Inc. (website hosting), which may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Resend, Inc. (delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox), based in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to founder@ficsitservizi.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
